Terms of service

1. Our products

We sell digital guides in PDF format and printable files. No physical item is shipped.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Optional add-ons offered at checkout or after payment are charged only if you choose them.

3. Delivery

After payment we send the download links to the email address you entered at checkout. If you don't receive them within a few hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.

4. Licence and intellectual property

Each pattern library is licensed for your personal use. You may print the patterns as many times as you like for yourself. You may sell the pieces you make by hand with them, and, where the product includes it, teach workshops with them. You may not resell, share, upload, copy or distribute the files or any part of them without our written permission.

All texts, images, illustrations and designs on this site and in the guides belong to The Maker's Hour or are used with permission.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Advice and results

Our products teach crafts that use sharp tools such as craft knives. Use them with care and keep them away from children. Results depend on your materials and practice, so we cannot guarantee any specific result.

7. Errors and changes

We may correct errors, update the guides and change prices or these terms at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
