Refund policy
The Maker's Hour sells digital products only. Every product is a set of PDF files and lessons you open on your phone, tablet or computer, with no shipping.
Digital products
Because the files are delivered immediately, refunds are not issued once the download link has been opened or the files have been downloaded.
By completing your purchase you agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, as provided by Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
When we do refund
At our discretion, we refund in these cases:
- Duplicate orders: you bought the same guide twice by mistake. We refund the duplicate in full.
- Technical problems on our side that stop you from accessing the files and that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
- You received the wrong product.
When we do not refund
- You expected a printed book. Our guides are digital PDF files, as stated on every product page.
- You don't like the format, the layout or the style of the guide.
- You did not read the product description or the questions on the product page.
- You changed your mind after buying.
- Results with your plants: growing results depend on climate, weather, pests, plant health and care, which are outside our control.
Problems with your order
Please write to info@wrenandfolio.com before opening a dispute or a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Almost every problem is solved within a day by email.
